A very thin sheet of pasta characterises our egg fettuccine (TAGLIATELLE ALL’UOVO) which is perfect for any type of preparation, and thanks to their porous pastry they perfectly capture creamy and full-bodied sauces, restoring all the intense flavour of the dish during tasting. The particular thickness makes the pasta fast cooking and soft taste
