Our ravioli are carefully frozen from fresh to -30 degrees in a few minutes to preserve their freshness and flavour. 


Simple to Prepare:

To maintain optimal flavour and freshness, store ravioli in the freezer. When ready to prepare, gently immerse the frozen ravioli in boiling salted water for 7 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, drain and pair with your preferred sauce. 

This method provides a quick and enjoyable way to savour a delicious meal with excellent texture.
