All of this is encased in delicate egg pasta made with the finest durum wheat flour.
Frozen for Freshness
Our ravioli are carefully frozen to -30 degrees to preserve their freshness and ensure you experience the vibrant flavours as if they were just made. Store at a temperature between -15°C and 18°C until ready to cook.
Simple to Prepare:
To maintain optimal flavour and freshness, store ravioli in the freezer. When ready to prepare, immerse the frozen ravioli in boiling salted water for 6 to 7 minutes. Once cooked, drain and pair with your preferred sauce. This method provides a quick and enjoyable way to savour a delicious meal with excellent texture.
