This lasagna celebrates fresh vegetables and Italian culinary traditions. Our rich and flavorful sauce is made with a medley of zucchini, carrots, red capsicum, eggplant, celery, and onions sautéed in sunflower oil with black olives, wine, garlic oil, aromatic herbs, and a touch of saffron for a unique depth of flavour. We layer this delicious sauce between sheets of our delicate gluten-free pasta and a creamy, dairy-free béchamel sauce made with milk, butter, nutmeg, corn flour, and salt.


Simple to Prepare, Exquisite to Enjoy

Store at a temperature between -15°C and 18°C until you are ready to cook, or keep it in the refrigerator for 4 days before cooking


Cooking Instructions:

  • From Frozen: Preheat oven to 180-200°C (356-392°F). Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

  • Thawed: Preheat oven to 180-200°C (356-392°F). Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

  • Microwave: Cook on high for 12 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, use a combination microwave/grill setting.
